Hertz invoices fines when the authorities post them, so late posting alone does not mean a mismatch. I can't determine who was driving. Deposit: AED 1500, held. The security deposit is a credit-card pre-authorisation, not a captured payment, so there is no actual refund from Hertz. Hertz's FAQ says the block can take up to 29 days to release, or fewer depending on the bank. I can't confirm a release date from this record.
